Cinnomon Apple Cake

Half cup of sugar
Third of a cup of butter
1 egg
2 cups SR flour
2 talbespoons of cornflour
2 tablespoons of cinnomon
1 teaspoon of cocoa

Cream butter and sugar,add egg,then dry ingredients,put half in botom of pie dish,roll out rest for top.

filling

4 cooking apples cut up
4 talbespoons sugar
4 teaspoons butter
ground cloves to taste
some water to cook apples

Stew apples and other ingredients together and mash.

Bake in Mod. oven for 20-30 minutes.
