: Mr kitty said that's one finger better than him :biggrin, he follows the hunt and peck method of typing. Also he does the cooking at our house

ive got the best recipe and its so versatile

you walk 15 minutes down the road to mcdonalds and purchase a cheese burger. then walk next door and get a coleslaw from kfc and next door to that they do bonzer chips at the take away store. on the way home there's a great supermarket where the chocky is always on special and 2 minutes walk from there is a cafe that does a brilliant caramel milkshake!

I love to cook, which is quite fortunate, because living solo if I don't cook I don't eat. Although kirrilly has an excellent solution to the problem it's a tad out of my price range. Over the years I have collected heaps of recipes for cheap, easy, and yummy meals and will share them with anybody who is interested. Just let me know what you want to cook and I'll probably have a recipe for it.

ok here is one of the boys fav's and its all ours.
grate 2 spuds 2 zuchinni, 1 onion, some garlic, a lump of pumpkin, and a small leek.
put it all in a strainer for and hour or 2 to drain of( save that for stock ) in mixing bowl 1 egg, salt pepper to taste, 1 largish tablespoon of mighty mite( gluten free version of might mite or vegemite)any herbs or spices that you like.
1 large tin of tuna or salmon( drained) mix it all up and add the veges, then add flour as needed to make it hold together, and cook it in hot oil till the edges start to blacken and the middle is golden.
this recipe has been printed and its not uncommon for them to be all eaten within 30 minutes well 3 minutes if i turn my back.

macacs is actually quite healthy.
you get a big mac and that gives you your meat, veges, fat and bread. a thickshake gives you your dairy and fries give you veges
