Q. Who is Jumbo Rewards? 

A. Jumbo Rewards is a subsidiary of leading Australian ecommerce company Jumbo Corporation Ltd. Jumbo Corporation has 10+ years of experience operating online businesses and is listed on the Australian stock exchange under the stock code JUM.

 

Q. Where is Jumbo Rewards based? 

A. Jumbo Rewards is a part of Jumbo Interactive Pty Ltd, registered company in Victoria, Australia. Customer Support and website development is managed from our Brisbane offices.

 

Q. Who can join?

Q. How is Jumbo Rewards different from other "Reward Sites?"

Q. Will you send me promotional emails? 

A. One method of earning rewards is reading emails sent by our advertisers. These emails are 100% opt-in meaning you can unsubscribe any anytime simply by modifying your email preferences in your account, click here.

 

Q. Will you sell or trade my personal information?

Rewards

Q. What are Rewards Points?  

A. Reward points are our method of payment to members in exchange for them doing pre-prescribed actions such as shopping at reward partner websites, answering surveys, reading emails, completing surveys and participating in the Jumbo Rewards community.

 

Reward points can be exchanged for cash or other goods in accordance with the Jumbo Rewards redemption schedule.

 

Q. What does "Available" reward points mean? 

A. Some Reward points are earned by members for actions which may require points to go through an approval process, an example of this is Reward Shopping. In order to protect ourselves and merchants of fraud we impose a clearance period on these points so that a merchant is able to cancel points if there was a problem with payment of shipping of goods.

 

Non-Immediate availability of points applies to these actions:

The current clearance period is set to 7 days, eg. If you make a purchase now, the points will show in your account, however they will not be available to redeem for another 7 days.

 

Q. How do I earn Reward Points?  

A. There are a number of ways to earn Reward Points at Jumbo Rewards such as shopping at reward partner websites, answering surveys, reading emails, completing surveys and participating in the Jumbo Rewards community – for a full list of what points are available please visit the “Rewards” section and/or the “Earn Schedule

 

Q. How do I claim points? 

A. Almost all tracking of reward points is an automated process handled by the Jumbo Rewards server – this means quicker and more accurate points granting!

 

For Reward shopping it is important that you visit a reward partner via the “Visit Reward Partner” button displayed on the Reward Partner Merchant page – if you do not do this our system will not know you made a purchase in connection with earning Rewards points.

Q. Points are not displayed for a purchase I made at a reward partner 

A. If points are not displayed in your account for a purchase you made at a reward partner you can make a manual claim via this page – our staff will then investigate and let you know whether the claim has been successful as soon as they have heard back from the Reward Partner involved.

 

Q. What can I get with my Rewards? 

A. Rewards can be claimed for Cash and Gift Vouchers, we have plans to implement other exciting redemption mechanisms in the near future. For full details on redemption of reward points click here.

 

Q. How long does a Rewards redemption usually take?  

A. Redeeming is simple and quick – from the time you request your redemption til it is confirmed as approved by Jumbo Rewards and you have been paid / or given your reward its generally less than 48 hours.

 

Q. What methods of payment are available when redeeming Reward Points? 

A. When converting to cash you can choose one of two methods: Bank Transfer or PayPal. We choose to work with electronic only payment mechanisms (eg. No cheques in the mail) so you get your money quicker and we incur less fees, passing on these savings to our members!

 

Q. What are my Rewards worth? (earn & redeem schedules)

Q. Do Rewards Points expire? 

A. Reward points do not expire as long as your account remains active. If your account is inactive for a period of 6 months or more Jumbo Rewards reserves the right to cancel an account and any points within it. For more information please view the Jumbo Rewards Terms & Conditions.

 

Q. How does "Refer a Friend" work? 

A. Members can refer their friends and earn a reward for each friend that joins Jumbo rewards! For each friend that is referred and becomes an approved member of Jumbo Rewards, we'll pay the referring member 100 points! To be eligible the referral must be made via the “Refer-a-Friend” tool located here.

Q. Where can I see my Reward Balance?  

A. You can see your current reward points balance at any time when you are logged in via two places:

  1. In top right hand corner of your screen titled “Points Balance”
  2. On your account activity summary screen located here.

 

Q. How do I unsubscribe from emails from Jumbo Rewards? 

A. Unsubscribe from emails we send to you is easy and can be done one of two ways.

  1. 1. In each email we send to you there will be an unsubscribe link at the bottom, simply click on that link and follow the instructions
  2. 2. Log in to your account and there is a navigation item on the left titled “Subscriptions”, click on this and follow the instructions.

 

Q. How do I cancel my Jumbo Rewards account? 

A. You can cancel your account at any time by clicking here and following the instructions.

 

Q. How do I change my email address? 

A. You can change your email address saved on file via the “My Account” section, once logged in simply click on the “Email Address” link in the left hand navigation menu and follow the instructions.

 

Q. I forgot my password, what do I do? 

A. If you have forgotten your password you can have it reset and instructions on how to enter your account emailed to you from the password reset tool.

Q. What is a Member Profile Page? 

A. One of the benefits of being a Jumbo Rewards member is the ability to interact with other members via our built in social network, each member has a profile page where they can choose to upload photos and information about themselves as well as interact with friends by posting to their guest books.

Q. How do I find friends? 

A. To find other Jumbo Rewards members you can use the “Member Search” tool. To request friendship with another member you simply click the “Request Friendship” link on their profile page. They will then receive a notification of your request and may choose to accept or decline your offer.

 

Being friends with people allows you to view details on their profile which they choose only their friends to be able to view; it also allows you to send private messages.

 

Q. How many friends can I have? 

A. You can have as many friends as you like!

 

Q. How do I block a current friend? 

A. If for some reason you don't wish to have someone listed as a friend you can simply block them from within your “My Account”, click here to manage your current friendships. You have the ability to unblock them in the future from the same page if you ever change your mind.

 

Q. Can I choose what personal details are displayed on my Member profile page? 

A. Yes, by default your profile page contains no personally identifiable information apart from your username – you can personalise your profile page and control who sees different information on it from this link.

 

Q. Can I send a personal message to another member? 

A. Yes, Jumbo Rewards has built in functionality to send private messages to other people, to send a message you simply click the “Send Message” link on a person's profile page or go via the “Messaging” link in your account.

 

Q. Who will see pictures I upload to my profile page? 

A. All photos and pictures you upload to your profile are viewable by all members.

 

Q. How do I report inappropriate behaviour by other members in the Jumbo Rewards community? 

A. To report inappropriate behaviour by other members which contravenes the Jumbo Rewards Terms & Conditions you can notify Jumbo Rewards administration via this link.

 

Q. Do Jumbo Rewards staff members monitor the Forums? 

A. Yes. Our staff members are active members of Jumbo Rewards and believe it's important to know what our members want from the service by monitoring and participating in discussions on the forums. Our staff also act as moderators making sure no nasty stuff goes on.

 

Jumbo Rewards staff can be recognised in the community by their username starting with “Jumbo_”, eg. “Jumbo_Joe”

A. We appreciate all feedback from our members, especially when they find something broken or have a suggestion as to how we could do something better – to report an error simply submit the details via our contact form.

A. If you have a website and you would like to be listed as a reward partner please contact our merchant department and they'll send you information on how to get setup.
