Automated points tracking & claims

Unlike other sites we want our members to get their points as quick and easy as possible. We have written special software that tracks transactions and updates your account of any reward activity automatically.

No more needing to make a claim when shopping with Reward Partners!

Of course if for some reason you don't see your points automatically display you can also make a manual claim which will be attended to by a Jumbo Rewards staff member within 48 hours.

Better Reward Payments

Cheques as a method of payment are archaic, they not only take unnecessary time to process but take effort to cash in and cost money in fees!

Because of that we only pay our members via digital payment mechanisms, currently members can redeem their points for:

• Cash: via PayPal, Bank Transfer
• Gift Vouchers: Redeemable at 60 leading Australian retailers

Our job isn't to hoard your rewards and make it difficult to redeem them - the quicker and easier we get your rewards to you the better, and the happier we are!

We've spent a lot of time building into our site social networking features that allow members to interact with each other and keep their friends updated, these features include:

• Member Profile Pages: Post information about yourself, share photos and leave guestbook messages for friends
• Forums: Discuss a whole range of topics with fellow members and participate in lively discussions.
• Private Messaging: Send messages to your friends outside of the forums in 1 on 1 conversations free from prying eyes!
• Make Friends: Using our member search tool you can find other members and make friendships. You can then use our built in friend management tools to actively manage who is your friend and what exactly they can see on your profile (and if they can contact you)
